Policy and Procedures Specialist

As a Policies & Procedures Specialist, you will:

• Be responsible for the successful completion of policies, procedures, and related deliverables (such as operations bulletins and specialty manuals) and website maintenance of select websites.
• Ensure the successful completion of the Policy Administration process, which includes the creation, revision, distribution, and communication of policy and related deliverables for all lines of business.
• Consult and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and subject matter experts (SMEs) in providing policy-related services.
• Regularly maintain all policy-related deliverables as needed for all lines of business and other policy manuals.
• Regularly maintain the Policy Administration & Oversight website as well as select websites for other corporate departments.
• Maintain archives of all policies and related deliverables.
• Respond to customer requests and fulfill order requests.
• Provides additional client services and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Organizational Development, Communications, Human Resource Development, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in a related field.
• A minimum of two years of related job experience required.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff.
• Demonstrated experience in writing policies, procedures, training materials, or technical documents – business and/or technical writing.
• Can create, revise, and provide high-quality deliverables for clients and all lines of business.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Outlook, Adobe Dreamweaver & Acrobat Professional.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office preferred (Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organizational, customer service, project management, analytical, critical thinking, decision-making, & judgment skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Be self-directed and can drive for results.
• Have a working knowledge of corporate practices and business operations.
• Ability to be a team player.
