Requirements

Skills

  • At least 3 years Instructional System Design Experience
  • Ability to decompose high-level information into details
  • Ability to assess project requirements and obtain clarification from subject experts
  • Experience using MadCap Flare software suite
  • 2 years Experience creating multi-media web and computer-based    training
  • 2 years Training Needs analysis/Gap Assessment Experience
  • Familiarity with software development environment preferred

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree
